I don't know if I'm the first or not to think about it but I made this as soon as I figured out how to make pyramids.
It's a 7*7*4 block giving you the 5 buffs you can obtain. It is the most compact form possible to my knowledge. I made it like that so you can burry it. If you do so either let the rays out of the ground or cover them with glass or any other non light blocking blocs. You could for instance put it in the center of a tower with a glass ceiling, below ground level.
