While I am working on my tic tac toe machine I decided to upload something to let my subs know I am still uploading, so I decided to make 3 rs nor latches, 2 of them thought up by me, for you to use. This is mainly for people still learning redstone basics as rs nors are basic redstone. Rs nors are used to toggle a output on and off with 2 buttons, or with 1 button turning it on and a second turning it off/ resetting it. Rs nors are used in almost every large redstone build and are very handy in smaller builds. They are mainly used as memory cells because they save your input data.
