Wow, a remake of the most failed Minecraft Let's Play for Achievement Hunter!

Epic Map Dude!! Juat one question; how did you make it so that when a player joins a certain team their nametag color changes to that color and bold. For example, if I join team Old Dude, my nametag turns aqua and bold. I've look everywhere and haven't seen anyone do it before!! PLEASE HELP MAN!!!!! I IS DESPERATE!!!!!!!!!!!
