City Founder: Casimiro Gallo
Description: The nation of Belleza, while being known for its beautiful scenery, had a seedier underbelly, full of scandal, murder, drugs, and other criminal things. This displeased Casimiro Gallo, a middle-class citizen born in the capital of Vernice, Belleza. Gathering like-minded individuals, Gallo proposed to form a Utopian society that would be a model for how Bellezains should run their country, free of crime and having a trained military force while not losing focus on the arts and sciences. However, the Prime Minister of Belleza refused to grant Gallo land to start his Utopia, causing him and his followers to turn to Telucani for assistance. Gallo and his followers paid a large sum of money for an aircraft where their dreams might be realized. Today, the Utopia of Hestia, while technically a city in Belleza, flies all over the Reborn Continent of Viveret, and is one of the few cities known to give the Karkassian Empire issues.
Sustainable City Notes:
-Water is gathered by the resident mages through the clouds and kept in the reservoir that separates the city from the governor
-Waste is burnt for fuel or simply dumped off the ship; water from toilets and sinks is normally filtered
-Lumber is grown out in the forest district
-Smaller ships are sent out to gather ore and stone
-People either walk or ride horses to travel across the ship. The ship itself is almost constantly moving.
-Fuel and energy is a mixture of solar power, coal, and waste products.
-Inhabitants are primarily vegetarian.
Author's Note: Due to some minor set-backs, our hangar and most building interiors were regretfully unable to be constructed. However, the project will be updated at some point after the contest so that the Utopia of Hestia will finally be completed.

Somehow the color combination of the walls fits the name really well lol.
Anyways good build indd.
I think the colour/name coordination might come from the fact that the Romans were major copycats of the Greeks, and I opted to go for a kind of Roman/Italian-esque style and palette (and probably only partially failed), while not only do people thing of white marble and such when it comes to Utopian society, but Hestia is the Greek goddess of home and hearth.

And ya, it is a shame, but we'll at least have a hull and the proper stuff turned just before the deadline ^^;
