This project is in my creative world, and it's so useful I thought I'd share it. If you want every tool or weapon at the highest level for free AND want to be able to instantly customize the enchantments on each, use this. It's a power tool. This is a culmination of my initial investigations into the workings of redstone in a practical way. I'll upload also my teleport room soon, which is based on a similar command block construction. 

Each of the enchantments that are in this room are at max level, and everything is tested. Basically, you get the items you want using the buttons, put them in your usage slot, then enchant away, pushing buttons for each enchantment. You will learn that some enchantments do not go over top of others. I recommend doing Unbreaking first on everything, then proceeding as you like.

Using the same mechanisms you can also get all the food you want. I have another small one which does that. I might post that later if people here find this useful.

This is a raw copy and paste out of MCEdit from my world, which is deep underground. Sorry if it's got extra chests with many items in them and some teleporting command blocks you'll need to reconfigure. 

I've just uploaded the whole room (v1.1), which now includes a couple of blocks extra needed for everything to be working properly. As a result there are a couple of doors to nowhere.

I've intentionally kept in two or three blocks on all sides that you'll have to deal with. But all the blocks will work now, plus there is a bit of extra loot in the chests on the redstone level. 

I have tried to color code the buttons using blocks, and have made the center area specific to underwater enchantments by using prismarine and sea-related blocks to draw your attention.
