Epic Herobrine Boss Battle [1.8] (The download is a Dropbox link: 881.76kb)

Welcome to my first upload on Planet Minecraft.

The goals are simple
  • Shoot the wooden buttons with arrows to take down Herobrine's health.
  • Try not to run out of lives
Rules
  • No breaking blocks
  • Be on survival mode while playing
  • Don't cheat at all
  • Play in Normal difficulty (But it is locked as of 1.8)
There are 3 phases to this Boss Fight. On easy, there is only 1 phase, on normal, there are 2 phases etc.

Brutal Difficulty aka Super Ultra Insane Mode (You have been warned)
  1. All 3 Phases begin immediately
  2. No good items will be given
  3. Bad effects may come from time to time
  4. 5 lives only
  5. Natural Regeneration is switched off
  6. Basically the hardest Epic Boss in the world! (I think)

Phase 1
  • Fireballs
  • Rapid fireballs
Phase 2
  • Everything in Phase 1
  • Minions (Skeletons)
Phase 3
  • Everything in Phase 2
  • TNT Rain
  • Atomic Fireball
Armour, potions and golden apples are given at random. (Unless of course, you're on Brutal)


Just some side notes...
  • Once you lose all 25 lives you will be able to play again. (5 lives if on brutal)
  • This map cannot be played in Multiplayer. The respawn chamber will bug out very badly
  • If you want to go into creative mode, simply type </scoreboard players set @p Admin 1> Then set Gamemode to 1
  • In case you spawn in some weird place, do </tp @a -373 32 -1371 -90 0>
  • I myself have not gone through Brutal yet, so if you can beat it on Brutal, record it and send me the link via PM. I may feature it in this post
  • You can use the bow to deflect the fireballs with the bow or by shooting it with an arrow
  • You get a big mighty explosion after defeating Herobrine. (You can choose to explode it or not)

Well I have some kind of a bug, I play the easy difficulty of this boss and I press play, I'm in the battlefield with spectator mode and Herobrine died.

Great Map and I hope that you do learn something new from my tutorials the map is well redstoned and setup perfectly however, it may be a little unreasonable on how to kill him. Some armor or maybe being a little closer would help my render distance is on normal and sometimes it unloaded the chunk to to look like void area and was kind of hard me to do anything I lost very easily

Noted. However, I have no intention to make this map any easier because that is what makes my maps my maps.
Nonetheless, it is still possible to win in every map I make.
All maps that I create require you to set your render distance to at least 10 chunks. Sorry for not mentioning it before

Loved the use of 1.8 in it and i looked at the redstone and it was relly good!
