This is a small map I made which consists of a toilet-like mechanism. To make the water flow, you switch a lever which washes all the victims into a bottomless pit. Unlike some of the other designs, this one is made of obsidian, so creepers [yo, creeper, what up?] can't destroy the toilet body and get out and this uses a lever, instead of a button, so that you can control the length of the flush. I mainly made this to wash victims(in this case,  villagers) to their death. Just make sure not to fall in yourself or into the toilet because without destroying blocks, you can't get out.

I also dug a ring around it so mobs can come in or get out (and so you can't either (without destroying/placing blocks)).

I did it all by hand. Hell of a long time that took.
