It's nothing fancy, just a simple little game for a server or single player world.
If you want older versions, click the mediafire downloads below. If you want the latest version, use the link underneath the pictures
How to play Rock-Paper-Scissors In Minecraft
Multi-player: The two players stand in seperate rooms and each hit one of the three available buttons (either rock, paper, or scissors) Once both players have picked, a display above their heads shows who has one, or if it was a tie.
The display will light up for 4 seconds before automatically resetting for more Rock-Paper-Scissors fun! :D
Single-player: Hit the lever in Player 1's game room (Turn right when you enter) to switch between single and multi-player modes. Double check you are in the right gamemode by using the redstone torch next to the lever. In this gamemode player 2 is a "computer" or more accurately, an AI (Artificial Intelligence) When the other redstone torch is lit, that means the computer is ready for you choice. 5 seconds after your choice has been made the light will turn off signifying that the computer is "thinking." The wait time varies from 5-45 seconds while the AI makes it's decision.(Wroking on shortening that) The pistons will extend with the colour of wool of the winner.
(Note: Single-player mode still has a couple bugs, see below)
Colour Legend:
Red activating - Player 1 wins
Blue activating - Player 2 -or- Computer wins
Black activating - Tie
I Wonder How It Works?
(No one's actually going to read this but if you want to, it's here ;)
Both Gamemodes:
Well, after the first button is pushed, a bank of Memory Cells (RS NOR Latches) assures that the redstone charge won't run out until the second player chooses his pick. After both choices have been....chosen, the redstone charge is siphoned through a 9-bit decoder before reaching a wall of AND Gates.
The AND Gates are positioned so that only the combination chosen makes its way to the final stage, a redstone torch ladder, that, when a charge is received, sends it along a path to the win detector, and the pistons push out. The win detector is quite simple and uses a wall of NOT Gates (Inverters) to power all the pistons when a charge is received. The series of redstone connecting to the torch ladder also goes underground and resets the circuit after a 4 second delay.
Single-player:
Hitting the lever sends a signal underground to the AI and releases a "safety" so to speak. This needs to be included so that in multi-player mode, the AI doesn't make the choice before Player 2 can. Once the lever has been switched, hitting one of the buttons sends a pulse to disable the second safety and engages the AI. The AI uses a three torch burnout system (designed by the VoxelBox) plus a wall of NOR Latches to ensure only one of the three choices is selected. As this is a very complicated piece of machinery this is about as far in-depth as I can go without actually being beside you holding a model of it explaining.

Please leave feedback or suggestions below, as well as any bugs you find :D
Known Bugs:
Multi-player: There are currently no bugs for multi-player
Single-player: The decision taking time for the AI is way too long sometimes, working on fixing this.
