Yeah, sure you can use it, but if you record, then some credit is much apreciated. And also, the map is kinda not optimised, (some things may burn, and there are no surrounding area) and requires a specific texturepack, so it may not be easy, good luck !

if you have downloaded the save you must put it into your appdataroaming.minecraftsave

if you have downloaded the schematic you must copy paste it in one of your saves using MCEdit ;)

You shall not do it, we spent lots of time working on this. If you want a new spawn build it yourself or ask someone to build it for you, don't take whatever you find interesting. For example someone recently asked us to build the spawn of his serveur, asking it explicitely with clear intentions and rewarding us in some way. Moreover, this build is clearly not adapted for a complete server as it requires a specific texturepack involving minerals block wich we changed the texture to have new blocks. Also it has several issues such as fire spreading easily on non protected servers.
