Introduction
This is a modern residential block located in Seahaven, within the apartment complex called Marina Estates. The development consists of two separate buildings and a high-end shopping mall (Marina City). Due to its waterfront, picturesque scenery and central location, Seahaven is often considered to be one of the most affluent and desirable areas of the city. These factors have resulted in a massive construction boom, particularly during the most recent years. The area is also noted for its high concentration of awarded restaurants and houses the Greenfield Gastronomic Society, which has earned its reputation of being the "Culinary heart" of Greenfield. The project is available in update 0.5.1 of Greenfield.
