Removed end rod based street lights since they didn't really fit the style (and didn't look great themselves).
Added lilypads to the nearby ponds and streams.
Still to do is adding back the podzol ground covering within the city as well as adding vegetation to the empty patches.
Fixed PMC description.
Added instructions to visit the build in-game on the server.
