a) an empty building that you can furnish yourself with redpower, industrialcraft, furniture mods, etc on your server? (project will be done more quickly)
OR
b) a building with some basics like bathrooms, storage rooms, maintenance rooms, signs, etc as far as the blocks in vanilla minecraft allows me to do. To tell you what a room is for and so on, so you can customize it while having some basic guidance?
