Legend of the Beast
A minecraft adventure map by TheDutchMaano!
Hello there everyone!
I am VERY proud to announce that my first Adventure Map "Legend of the Beast" is completed and available for download after more than 150 hours spent on the map!
Legend of the Beast is a map where the objective is to collect all 9 pieces of the puzzle to complete the monument and unleash The Beast to defeat him and save the town from his endless torment.
All over the map there are quests you need to fulfill in order to find the 9 pieces of wool. Collect all the wool and an epic boss fight will await you!
The average playtime of this map is about 1 hour, 30 minutes!
The Quests can be found in a book given to you at the start of the map.
A few examples of quests are: Fighting in an Epic Battle in the Arena, Magically fly to the top of the Wizard's Tower and Parkouring over the rooftops to reach your goals.
Food and Rewards can be found in chests so it is most definately worth exploring the whole map and checking every chest. You can also buy items (armor, food weapons etc.) in the Shop, which can be accessed via a button in the Church. These items can be extremely valueable as some of the quests are extremely hard to do without them.
The Shop works with XP-levels which you can obtain by fulfilling certain quests and by killing the mobs in the arena.
The quests can be completed in ANY order, as long as you complete them all and you get all the 9 wool (1 per quest).
Note: This map is possible in Singleplayer AND in Multiplayer!
When playing in multiplayer, take into account that the server you are playing on needs to have command blocks enabled for the map to work properly. Also you might spawn a few blocks away from the spawn in multiplayer but for the rest of the map everything works as well in singleplayer as in multiplayer!
Note: This map has a resource pack included in the zip file. (SilentHill) This map (Buildings, Redstone, etc.) is mostly built by me (TheDutchMaano) but i couldn't have done it without my helpers:
