First off I will say the name will be changed. Also the dimensions of the base are 25 x 25. The first tier of the lighthouse will be about 25-30 blocks high, the second tier will be about 20 blocks high, the third tier will be about 15 blocks high, and the cap(or top lighted area) will be about 6-10 blocks high. I will try to get a fully functional light that actually spins (using pistons or something) like on a real lighthouse. Also the outside, when done, will not be all cotton like on the pictures posted, I will put in different colored wool and other blocks. There are going to be three 3 sets of base staircases that lead to one main staircase that is a "wrap around" style staircase. Depending on what looks better I will determine what to light it with, glowstone torches or fire lit. But the main light on top will be made using glowstone.

When 2nd Tier is done: 75%
When 3rd Tier is done 90%
When "Light" Tier is done: 100%
I will put two versions of this up. One with and one without a working "simulation rotational light". The one with the working rotational light will most likely not have a viewing platform on the Light Tier where the actual glass room and light are as it will be full of redstone and pistons and such.
