This is a station that is used with the mod Minecart Mania, the station should be fully working, it includes a stopping point where it waits for a person to get in the cart before it launches them. It locks the cart also. The incoming carts will be dispensed into the chest, this chest is the same one that the carts will be taken out off when launching carts. Just press the button for a cart.

Additional Notes

The only thing you might need to do is change the one of the config settings of the mod to have a launch speed out of the chest to around 100% speed.
