This is Minecraft Basketball, It was inspired by SethBlings Minecraft Tennis and was completed about 2 weeks after the Tennis map was release. I made this with my friend GamerGuy2175, he did the railing or the court and the overall look of it, I, Goblom, did everything else. This took about 3 days to build because we were having problems with the score counter and the hoop, be we eventually fix that on day 3 and we decided to release the map. I was just WAY to lazy to upload it... so it never actually got release. I am releasing it now because I am finally ready to type all this out :)
This uses the basic functionality that Minecraft Tennis uses. Hit the testificate and try to make it in your hoop. Your hoop is on the opposite side that you enter the court on, and will have your locker rooms color (team color) on the backboard. To Score you have to hit the testificate into your hoop, you could also have the other player fall in ;p
A) Upon Spawning you will be asked to go left or right (aka choose a team)
B) Once you choose your team, there will be a wall with the same rules that i am going to state below.
1) The Entrance to the basketball court is at the end of the locker room (there will be glowstone on the walls)
2) At the last turn to enter the court there will be a chest on the wall, take one of everything (except food, you might need it)
3) To Start the game, press the button on the wood block, then both players step on the pressure plates in the middle of the court (one player on each side). The testifacte will drop.
4) The Out-Of-Bounds button is not necessary unless you want to have that. The gold block is the button you push to enable/disable. If pushed a 1 block high ring will surround the court.
5) Hitting your opponent is a foul and lets him/her take a free shot from the glowstone in the middle of the court.
6) If you are having problems with the score board there is a manual control room behind the announcers that you can use to reset the score or add points manually.

Q) Why did you wait so long to release it?
A) I was to lazy to type everything, not i am not.
Q) The Rules are hard to understand. Is there an easier explanation?
A) We are working on getting a video made soon to explain it in detail a bit more. It 'should' be finished within the week. Otherwise whoever makes a video explaining this game will have the video posted on here.

Most of the problems that was happening with u is only in Minecraft 1.3 +, If you play on Minecraft 1.2.5 you will have no problems
