:) Yes they do, I think that the higher the level the more they go on PMC So once you get over level 3 that means you have passed a test to me and since you are 1 level over me I won't argue (see how it works, it is like it's not what you know it's who you know, but in different teams)

Its not a mode its a map. You need WinRar or 7Zip to open the zip file and then you need to put the folder wich is inside into your saves folder. Bit hard to explain over a text message, look it up on youtube if you really like to learn it!
