A summer place,
I've decided to build this based on a painting i found.
It looked like the perfect island to be stranded on and with that idea i started building this map.
How we've build this,
I started with a team of 3 people,

I started making the landscape with Voxelsniper and it took me around 1,5hours to finish it.
(There's footage of it on youtube) Link;
then i simply placed tree's, created lakes, made foilage and grass.
i placed a road of gravel, made the mine and added details and lights to the map.
Then the main build started, the mansion.
i started with making the main frame of the building, then the walls, roof, path, pillars and decorated the inside.
After a long process ( 6 hours ) we were nearing completion, we've build a few houses for presentation, fixed missed parts and added npc's.
Explanation for use
It's meant to be a spawn, so please download it and use it for your server if you'd like :D
I'd love it if you'd make a sing with my name and maybe youtube link.

The altered terrain.png i based on the normal Minecraft texture pack.
it is included in the zipfile with the world, i couldnt give you the complete package becouse i used SMP's texture pack for the sky, lightmaps and such.

i am already working on a castle, but it's so extremely large that i can't finish it right now.
