These aren't really tips, just actual furniture/ideas for rooms. Perfect for any modern build.
P.S. Although a building texturepack was used to make this, these can still look great in a different texture pack, all you gotta do is change 1 or 2 blocks.

This is only a part one but includes many unique designs like grand pianos, popcorn and fairyfloss machines, modern TV cabinets, pinball machines and much more!
