This is the second instalment of a modern house series I am building. This one uses the same colour scheme for the exterior but other than that they are pretty much completely different. I spent A LOT of time on the interior of this house and I would say its one of my best interiors so far. There's a lot of detail in it as well as some pretty cool features. Its got all the regular things to a house, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, tv area, garage and dining area, although there are some cool features in the basement. Overall the layout of the house flows pretty well and is feels much larger than my first house. I've included lots of photos this time also :)

A schematic file has been added. Be sure to make some space below the house if you're importing this house to your world though as there is a basement about 15 blocks deep.

I got a lot of my ideas from keralis's houses before but now its sort of just building. I still use those ideas but I also combine it with some other things.

I installed optifine and set distance to far and fog to start at 0.8.

why so many people hating on this?, they're just jealous. It's funny to have a build as a popular projekt, nothing wrong with it. And if people don't like this one as a popular projekt, it isn't your fault right? But anyway, i love this build! It's so cozy and nice:)! Diamond!

well , i dont know what to say , the interior is amazing but exterior ... mmm kinda easy and kinda sucks , i dont mean it looks ugly but i think there are a lot of other projects which deserve to be popluar much more than your house :P

There we go, this is something I can respect. I actually do agree, the exterior is pretty plain. I think there are many houses better than this particular one and I do think they should be on the banner. I just find it annoying when some people come on here and just basically full on say "this is bad, mine is better, I should get more views than you."

Don't call me a kid when you're the one who can't even write properly, I mean, look at your username for example. Most kids that attend school have learnt that there is only one capital letter per word, unless if it's a name. Obviously you haven't learned that rule, I feel sorry for you :/ By the way, someone should really teach you how to get rid of that bold font. Problem?

Yea sure, go ahead. PMC is really biased towards higher levels I think. I didn't expect at all for this or the first house to on the popular reel. To me, reasonably I expected a few hundred views over time and a few diamonds. I think I be sticking to posting larger things from now on, neighbourhoods and full areas at a time.

It isn't the popular reel worthed you have 2 projects that I can build in 30 minutes this isn't intensive work, there are guys over here who worked 3 months on 1 single massive project and they don't get te respect they deserver this is not special this is basic..

Making things in Minecraft isn't about popularity, but it seems that you are a bit upset that some people are more popular than you. Even though most of your creations are awesome, you can't expect to immediately become some sort of PMC super-star. You should focus more on trying to make the best things you possibly can instead of popularity, and if you do that, you will start to be noticed more.

Really, this is a game. Stop complaining about this project here and that project there. I posted a project, people liked it so it got a bit popular. You're continuous complaining isn't going to get others to magically make your projects more popular. I'm not saying that I make amazing things, I'm just saying I try to make things people enjoy and I think I am doing a pretty good job. There's no need to take everything so seriously and nit pick each specific project. If people view it a lot then it gets more noticed.

I'm not jaleous I also have been a lot on the popular reel but I have seen much better projects, I've seen 3 projects after eachother on the popular reel, they are good yeah but not awseome.. I don't get it why this get on the popular reel it has a lot of views but almost no diamonds, other project have less views but much downloads and don't get on popular reel..
