This torch ROM is the SMALLEST torch ROM +decoder you will see in Minecraft. It is shrunken a lot compared to the regular ROM, and this makes it ideal for small redstone cpus, or simply lots of storage in a small space. The downside? It is slow. 1.6 seconds slow. That may not seem like much, but that pretty much puts a limiter on the speed of cpus. Of course not every CPU is 16 ticks fast, it's just something to keep in mind.
