This is the game of Myst, recreated in Minecraft. All of the puzzles intact, however many are a bit simplified due to space restrictions from redstone. There are now videos from the original game included, as well as .txt versions of the journals from the library.
All the main ages are complete, including their puzzles, Rime may get added later though it doesn't really have any puzzles so it's not that interesting in my opinion.
There should be no more glitches from the Minecraft update to 1.2.5, but feel free to post anything you find. I've also added new videos but due to the file size they must be downloaded separately, http://www.mediafire.com/?hvm2u032syeguk7

New update: clocktower puzzle is better, fixed a couple issues in stoneship (ice/snow and broken portal), and mechanical should be sprint proof.
I might add invisible walls to certain areas for 10.1

Been updating parts of the main Island, added some cosmetic changes and changes the puzzle to access the clock tower (see the new picture). I plan to go in and change the puzzle inside the clock tower, possibly using pistons and sand. If you have any ideas feel free to pm me :D

8.3 here with a couple changes, nothing super interesting: the cabin puzzle works better now, the nether rails work better now (you wont have to recenter your cart due to button issues), and a couple extra signs to make stuff less obscure

YouTube user LpingWithArdwick has begun uploading videos from a let's play of Mystcraft, with a couple very neat improvements.
I do wish there was more of a point to Rime, and I don't just mean what I've transcribed into Mystcraft, I mean the original Age from realmyst, there's only a couple short puzzles and no real reward, just a few easter eggs and electricity machine :|

About to release version 8.0, this one has all my piston implementations, fixes the sounds in Selenitic not working with beta 1.7.whatever, and has access to where I will be building Rime. sadly, Rime hasn't been started yet, but you can still get to the build site :P

Finished Rime access on Myst Island, and the bridge in Channelwood. Next will be working in Selenitic, Stoneship, and making Rime.

Day 1 working with pistons: got the library bookcase done, access to the white page done, and most of the access to the Rime portal done.
Next will be finishing access to Rime, then either working on Rime or reworking stuff in stoneship/selenitic/channelwood

Updated to version 7.5 which fixes an issue in D'ni which made the game unwinnable, hopefully no more issues exist so I can focus solely on putting in pistons
Here's a quick list of things planned for when pistons are integrated in game, assuming I can have them behave as I assume I can: 1) The library staircase 2) Real underwater bridge in Channelwood 3) Real elevators on Myst and in Channelwood 4) No more obvious iron door next to the dock 5) Access to Rime 6) Controllable water in Stoneship lighthouse 7) Real flowing water noises in Selenitic (rather than sploosh noises) 8) Possible change in Myst clock tower puzzle 9) Anything else that gets suggested or I think up later on
Can't wait till 1.7 thursday :D

Began working on stuff for Rime today, it's gonna be a tricky battle to fit all this redstone onto Myst island for the portal access, but I think it'll definitely be worth it. Sadly, I have to wait for pistons to implement it all fully
