Along with this schematic, you will also need THIS one to make it work properly. Otherwise, at least do "/scoreboard objectives add user dummy user" or it won't work at all. 

INTRO

Hello everyone!
This is my first addition to my new series of commandblock mechanisms that can give players abilities and skills shown in the popular manga/anime series One Piece. It's the Mero-Mero no Mi! A powerful fruit that is used to turn everyone around the user into stone statueses.
Multiplayer compatible.

LORE
In the One Piece universe there are some extremely rare fruits called Devil's Fruits. Each one is unique and holds unimaginable power and unique abilities for whoever eats it, who is known afterwards as a Devil Fruit User. Their drawbacks are that after eating them, the user loses the ability to swim, can't get rid of the powers nor can eat another fruit. There are 3 types of fruits, each with a special different characteristic:

Paramecia Devil Fruits:
A great variety of special abilities, such as creating quakes with your fists, creating and manipulating wax or even turning everyone around you into stone statueses.

Zoan Devil Fruits:
Grants the user the powers of an animal. Some rarer versions of this fruit can even grant the powers of an ancient, long extinct creature or a mythical beast.

Logia Devil Fruits:
It is consindered the most powerful type of fruit. It grants its user the ability to manipulate and transform into an element or material. 99% of these users cannot be hit by normal physical attacks.

The Mero Mero no Mi (Love-Love Fruit) is a paramecia-type Devil Fruit that allows a range of attacks which use emotions of lust or perversion to transform opponents into stone. Victims that have been completely turned to stone are incapable of consciousness unless the user de-petrifies them. If the intended targets have no lust towards the user, then the powers are nullified. This can be achieved either by being distracted by other emotions, such as pain and fear, or by simply lacking lust to begin with.

THE PROJECT YOU ARE LOOKING AT
The user's abilities:
Passive:Lust - Random player within a 15-blocks radius that can be petrified slowly summons heart particles around himself.
Skill 1: Mero Mero Mellow - Everything within a radius of 15-blocks is petrified permantly.
Skill 2: De-petrify - Everything within a radius of 15-blocks is de-petrified.


Opposed to any other kind of mob, petrified players slowly emit heart particles. They are automatically de-petrified if they or the user dies. Any other mob will not be de-petrified in the case the user dieing. More experienced players know and can avoid the effects of this fruit. Also, other devil fruit users can't use their abilities while petrified.

Finally, if the fruit user falls into 3-blocks deep water, they won't be able to get out of the water as they will be constantly teleported downwards. At depths 4+ they are guaranteed to drown. 1-2 blocks deep water is no problem.

In order to use your abilities you must be both member of the team "mero" and have your "user" objective to at least 1.

IN-DEPTH
Skill 1 is activated when slot 2 is selected.
When activated random hearts appear in a 15-blocks radious.
Entities within 15-blocks are struck by this skill and instantly emit some heart particles.

Mobs have 1.000.000 sec of the following effects:
Slowness 10, Mining Fatigue 10, Jump Boost 150, Weakness 150.

Players have their petrified objective set to 1, which grants them:
Slowness 10, Mining Fatigue 10, Jump Boost 150, Weakness 150 and Blindness 1.
Petrified players also slowly emit heart particles.
The petrified objective is automatically set back to 0 if the player or the user dies.

Players with experience level 25+ are not affected by this skill.

Skill 2 is activated when slot 3 is selected.
Entites within 15-blocks emit angryVillager particles.
Mobs within radious are rid of the effects of the first skill.
Players' petrified objective is set to 0 and within 2 seconds they are back to normal.

The passive summons heart particles at a random player within 15-blocks that can be affected by skill 1.

SCHEMATIC LEGEND
Within the emerald area you will find some necessities to test my project. 
In the diamond area you can observe the whole thing.
Iron blocks provide OPTIONS (on/off).
Every group of command blocks has a sign that gives a general idea for what thing these command blocks are used for.

You will need to refresh the clocks in the diamond area after the import.

Click the Installation button in the emerald area to create all the MUST objectives/teams.

3. Reduced the experience level needed to counter the petrification skill to 25.
4. Small changes to passive. Now target random players in range.
