This is a Counter using pistons. it is decimal and has so far only a one digit display. however a second digit can be easily built by copying the setup next to it and hook the input up to the cabel labeled "NEXT".
the maximum speed is currently about 1.6 seconds.
there is a second piston device next to it which is a binary counter.
