realistic, open concept, playable and ready to move in ranch house.
...finally got around to working on this again. total revamp.
just a fun to live in, playable house.
NEW features:
landscaping, furnished, decorated, outfitted for gameplay
standard rooms, attached garage, plus loft bedroom, pool table, diamond bar - that's what makes it swanky ;)
(easter egg? hehe)

next update: fix the dam fire place.
