You have nothing to lose...

...your wife brutally slain
...your peaceful island overrun with mobs
They got their revenge. Now it's your turn.



STORY

You get back from a hard day's plow in the fields to find something in your house is amiss. Upon entering the door you smell a faint odor of bacon and see traces of blood splatter lining the walls. Fearing the worst you rush to your bed chambers to find your wife brutally slain. You notice the hilt of a small golden blade protruding from her chest. You suddenly realize your old enemy; the pigmen, have struck. 

BACKROUND

You were once a great ranger in the days of old, and fought to protect the southern kingdom from the pigmen. Winning many a great battle you assumed the position of captain of the elite guard and drove them from this earth. The battle was not easily won and you endured many a casualty. The remains of the pigmens' forces retreated into the underworld. With most of your army diminished you were contented to leave them to their fiery fate. The portal to the underworld was then broken and it's pieces scattered throughout the land, to deter those who sought to rebuild it. After the war was over you settled down with your beloved wife on the small island of Aratic off the coast of the Southern Kingdom. Thinking things would be peaceful here you buried your weapons deep in the sea and washed away all thoughts of battle. With much time on their hands the pigmen soon found small passages to the surface, not big enough for a large force, but big enough to rebuild the portal and get revenge on a great leader...

...either you get them, or they get you.

OBJECTIVE

The pigmen cannot amass in a large force until they have assembled the portal, so you will need to defeat them fast. You will want to use your supplies hidden underwater and maybe sleep in your house. When you are ready look for the doors leading to parts of the portal. They will be scattered around the island, but beware; they are heavily guarded. When you have ten pieces, head to the icy spire. I can help you no further...

RULES

Adventure map rules apply with a few exceptions.
  • You can't place any thing except ladders and wood blocks.
  • You can't destroy anything except wood, leaves, and clay.
  • You can only craft ladders and swords.
  • Only play on HARD.

really cool, but uhm, i dont know if u know this, but when i downloaded the map, there was a lever on the door, so i ddint need to go to the top of the spire, and the portal was already there, so infact, i didnt even need to find all 10 obsidian pieces, uhm, what else... lets see here, the map was really really good, but i felt like it was cut a bit too short, the pigmen didnt seem to spawn at the tower, and the tower was pretty small, i saw the sign that said, you found the pigmens fortress! and then it was just a little tower 3 storys high, little disspaointed haha, otherwise dude, i love all ur maps

yeh,so i have single player commands, i use the wand to copy a suitable area that is the whole map, 1 bug, all signs and chests and broken, like the chests are empty, and the signs dont have words, also, yes, i do need to know how to save it as a schematic
