West Elizabeth has expanded from 'Blackwater' to now 'Manzanita Post'. 
Between settlements, why not exchange some items in the trading shack and after have a stand off in Tall Tress?

The texture pack is currently 1.0, but will be updated eventually. Its main purpose is for viewing purposes, otherwise everything would be random colours :s

Yes many of the location in RDR are real, but of course partly fictionalised for the 'Wild West' genre
