Welcome to Jjaammster's redstone tutorial map

Version 3 is under construction. click me for details

in this map i will teach you how to become a better minecraftian. a lot of players say that they dont like redstone or use it very badly. Fear not in this tutorial i am going to show you how to do:

not gates
and gates
redstone lengths
redstone repeaters
minecart repeaters
piston doors
elevators
vertical wiring with torches
vertical wiring with glowstone
automatic farming (sugar and wheat)
bud gate using a boat
compact bud gate
hidden door in wall
t flip flop
xor gate
hidden door in floor
rs nor latch
d flip flop
latches
blink device
day/night sensor using vilagers

With these new skills you will be able to construct a whole host of cool things including

hidden doors in walls and floors
elevators
fully automated farming
how to make a button work like a lever

These are only the things i show you how to do. In fact with these skills the limit truly is what you can think to make

I knew all of this because I am a redstone genius myself, check out my project!
Includes redstone and it is a PvP map with no mods required. Works with command blocks and redstone :)

Two problems. One, you didn't explain how they work or how to make them. Two, when I spawned it wasn't at the beginning of the tutorial. I want to understand redstone, but I can't really learn from this.

I'm really interested in checking out this world save, but it seems to be a setup.exe file... I've downloaded world saves before, but it's always just been a folder. I'm on a Mac, so a .exe is useless to me. Is there any way i can use this? is there anyway you can upload the world save folder? Why is this a setup.exe?
