This is originally a Russian equipment i believe made back in the 70s or 80s correct me if i'm wrong but it was passed on to Serbia and at the time it was outdated of 1999 and in this same year Serbia found out a way to be able to track the so called "Invisible" also known as the F-117 by using higher wave lengths they were able to perfectly predict the location of the aircraft and had a perfect hit on it. The pilots survived and the parts were sent to Russia and a museum in Serbia. Due to this being such a amazing day it was the first time anyone was able to shoot down this plane and a country that was being bombed 24/7 during that time and the size it is i must say that's something to be proud off.
Even though this happened i must say America should still be proud to of only having one shot down.
