This city build was supposed to offer a unique, ancient water-town concept in Pixelmon Nuummite, but since its cancellation it has sat in its original survival map.
Yes, you read that correctly, the town (not its new-home terraformed map, obviously) was completely constructed in SURVIVAL MODE.
Wuufwuuf chose the deep ocean location, made a circle outline, dredged it with sand, and then dug up all of it. He then painstakingly made the tear shaped terraces by hand when I discovered the build on our private server when I needed to collect more ink sacks. This was 1 1/2 years ago. The only parts done in creative were the emerald block additions (way too expensive), replacing all regular stone brick with a mix of its variations (to give the ancient feel), and filling of the terraces with world edit's fill command. Yea, he did that obsidian well at the bottom too but that was easy compared to the terrace part. And this was all for fun and is one of the two towns constructed on our survival server that will see PMC soon.
It was obviously moved to this terraformed map to make it look better.
Feel free to use this as a base to expand the project but be sure to give proper credit to both Wuufwuuf and myself! This map also offers a sneak peek at the Coral Reef Pack I will be releasing soon, as it features some (but not all) of the different coral & underwater plants.
It should be noted that the buildings remain unfurnished and this was intentional. They were supposed to be filled when placed on the Nuummite map on our personal server, but it was decided it's in the better interest to leave them empty; This allows anyone who wishes to use either creative-vanilla decoration or mod blocks to do so as they please. All future map projects done by myself or with my personal group of friends will be done in this manner. I may return to refurbish the map once my major project is complete, but until then this is out of the question.
