[Make sure to back up ANY saves you use this on before playing! I am not responsible for corrupted saves!]

Shields in One Command Block! Theres a shield for leather, iron, and diamond, each with respective traits! You can buy one off a randomly spawning Shieldsmith mob that is also added! If you can't WAIT for 1.9 shields, this is just for you!

Features -
 - Diamond, Iron, and Wooden Shields each with their own custom traits
 - Survival Compatable - Playable and easily accessable in Survival!
 - Randomly spawning villager that sells you shields

Tutorial
For survivalists, a shieldsmith villager will spawn randomly around you every so often, with a trade that will allow you to buy shields if you are not trying to play with cheated in items. Shieldsmiths will NOT spawn while you are caving. They will also despawn after a certain amount of time.

- Shield Traits [Blue=Positive / Red = Negative] -

Wooden Shield - Resistance 1 -10% Movement Speed / -15% Knockback Resistance
Iron Shield - Resistance 2 / 25% Knockback Resistance -50% Movement Speed
Diamond Shield - Resistance 3 / 100% Knockback Resistance -80% Movement Speed / -100% Jump Height

NOTE: You must have your shield in your 3rd hotbar slot in order for a shield to work.

Easy Installation Instructions
Step 1 - Open the pastebin/download link
Step 2 - Copy the paste and then open up the Minecraft world you would like the vanilla mod on
Step 3 - Teleport somewhere where the command block wont interfere with your map {example: /tp ~1000000 ~ ~
Step 4 - Give yourself a command block with /give @p command_block
Step 5 - Paste the copied command into the command block
Step 6 - Power the command block with a redstone block/torch, etc. and your mod will install!
Step 7 - Once installed, do /setworldspawn at the machine to keep the chunks always loaded (it will not work everywhere if you don't do this)
Step 8 - Teleport back to where you were (usually by doing the opposite of your first teleport command, example: /tp ~-1000000 ~ ~) and then enjoy your vanilla mod!

If you have any suggestions for the command, I am always open to add/remove things! :) As always, remember to...

Wait... this was made for 1.9 which already has shields. It would make more sense if you had made it for 1.8 cuz 1.9 already have them *shrugs*

It was meant for the early versions of 1.9 that didn't have shields. Dumb idea though xD
