Part of a huge complex of underground tunnels and caverns, Svartalfaheimr is the capital city of the deep dwellers, and my largest underground structure (so far!).

The main chamber is around 200 blocks long, 140 blocks wide, and 50 blocks high, though there are also suburbs sprawling though several large caverns, plus several tunneled streets. The whole city sits atop a sea of lava, which also spreads into the neighbouring caverns.

So far the project has taken me 2 months to dig/build using creative mode (plus a little McEdit only to dig some of the larger chambers).
