Originaly built on 1916 (as the "Haus Wachenfeld") and expanded and redisigned by Hochtief AG during the 1930's, the Berghof was Adolf Hitler's home in the Obersalzberg of the Bavarian Alps near Berchtesgaden, Bavaria, Germany.
The Berghof was Hitler's vacation residence for ten years, and Hitler spent more time there than anywhere else during WWII, making it the place of lots of famous pictures.
It was bombed by the Allies on 25 April 1945, and later set on fire by departing SS troops. The Bavarian government blew up the burn out shell of the house on 1952.

Additional Notes

I built this project to look as the original Berghof did, and in order to do that I used various blueprints, pictures and information from different sites and a book.
All the lighting of the house is redstone powered, so there are no ugly torches whatsoever, and the lights can be all turn on and off with levers (two half baths were replaced with redstone spaces).
The house counts with 12 bathrooms, 18 Bedrooms, 3 kitchens, 2 laundries, a terrace, sun room, a bowling alley, and lots of other historically accurate rooms.
Diamond and favorite if you like it! :D

Will you have a download for the map when you are finished? I would love to have it! I have been working on creating a Berghof map myself since September or October. I would love to see how I could improve mine!

The main house is finished, I didn't finish the adjuntancy building because I couldn't find any blueprints... For the time being I'm focused in other projects, but I'll post the world anyway. It is not all furnished, but what the hell haha.

Thank you so much! I didn't find any blueprints for the adjuntancy either so I just built the main part. I can furnish the rest of it! haha. And great job on your other maps! I have a few of them as well! You are so great! :D

You're welcome! I have it completed but it's sort of modified haha. I just have the main Berghof area then some extra buildings to the side but most of the inside is accurate! I'm missing a few rooms because of scaling problems but yours is way better! How could I upload mine?
