After six years of work between three friends, our recreation of Johto in Minecraft is finally complete! Based on Johto from HeartGold/SoulSilver, our world features both the overworld locations as well as the interiors of caves, with custom textures to make it look as accurate as possible. We put a lot of time and effort into this - we hope you enjoy it!

The world file will be made available at a later date, accompanied by a behind-the-scenes video.

Credits:

The builders: Will (me), Quentin (Chughotchocolate) and Jacob (ChesterMcCrumpet). I built most of the routes and cities, as well as the custom textures and the video. Quentin built all of the caves, and Jacob worked on the Safari Zone area. When all the builds were done, we combined them into one map and all worked together to fill in the gaps between each location and make sure everything looked right.

Feedback: We couldn't have done this without the constant motivation and support from all our friends, who helped provide feedback and criticism along the way (and helped pick the music for the video!).

Textures: This uses a custom resource pack, which will also be available for download in the near future.
