I built this in a week... well, I started Christmas day in 2012 and ended new years eve. The ball drops, we have many scrolling marquee's that say "Happy New Years" "2013" "Times Square 2013" Flashing 2013... We have fireworks that launch every hour on the hour so people could have a new year minecraft experience if they wanted to and the ball actually took 10 seconds to drop. This was all possible with 1 plugin called Craftbook.

I didnt finish the build but I have already dugout subway systems in the entire city. This area of Times square is in my Creative City I call it where when I am not dealing with a bagillion player questions and have free time I build at. I will finish the build eventually, probably before next new years but right now I am pretty much the only one who sees it on the server so... yeah I have no rush to do anything to it soon. Although if you go to projecteden.us and use the stargate at the spawn you will get to this location through the location called "Admin City" .... maybe "Creative City" I can't remember what I named it on the sign but its one of those two.

btw I don't live in new york and only went off photos so I could be way off on some of this stuff but I had a couple New Yorkers say I was pretty accurate but just know, I live 3,000 miles away from NYC so I went mostly off of google maps using the street view.
