Have a look at the historical 1922 version of Tosa under tow at Nagasaki harbour, as well as the 1920s version of Tosa had she been completed.

Also, have a look at Tosa's fellow Hachi-Hachi Plan ship, the battlecruiser Amagi in her 1920s and her hypothetical 1940s configurations.

Taken from Wikipedia:

The Tosa-class battleships (土佐型戦艦 Tosa-gata Senkan?)[A 1] were two dreadnoughts ordered as part of the "Eight-Eight" fleet for the Imperial Japanese Navy (IJN) during the early 1920s. The ships were larger versions of the preceding Nagato class, and carried an additional 41-centimeter (16.1 in) twin-gun turret. The design for the class served as a basis for the Amagi-class battlecruisers.

Both ships were launched in late 1921, but the first ship, Tosa, was cancelled in accordance with the terms of the Washington Naval Treaty before it could be completed, and was used in experiments testing the effectiveness of its armor scheme before being scuttled in the Bungo Channel. The hull of the second ship, Kaga, was converted into an aircraft carrier of the same name. The carrier supported Japanese troops in China during the Second Sino-Japanese War of the late 1930s, and took part in the attack on Pearl Harbor on 7 December 1941 and the invasion of Rabaul in the Southwest Pacific in January 1942. The following month her aircraft participated in a combined carrier airstrike on Darwin, Australia, during the Dutch East Indies campaign. She was sunk during the Battle of Midway in 1942.

The version constructed in Minecraft represents a hypothetical modernization of Tosa,. Unlike Amagi, which combined 2 funnels into a Yamato-style raked funnel, Tosa instead retains her original raked funnel, although anti-aircraft platforms and a higher funnel cap have been added to her. The turrets have been modernized; the bridge rebuilt; and anti-aircraft batteries have been added all over the ship. Like Nagato, however, she still has large clear spaces either side of the main guns. Unlike American battleships which ultimately prioritized anti-aircraft capabilities over main battery gunfire, the Japanese were very careful to leave large arcs of fire clear for the main guns of their ships. Thus, you still have spaces left clear of anti-aircraft guns.

Notes on construction: Built to scale. No interiors, I'm afraid. I have also refrained from using iron fences or cobblestone walls. I can't stand the texture of cobblestone in the default texture pack, and iron bars connect in ways I sometimes find inconvenient. I aim to stick to as few different types of blocks as possible when building, which makes it easier to change materials in MCedit for anyone may wish to change them after having downloaded this.

I will be focusing on the Kii class battleships first, before moving over to the hull of the Number 13 class battleships. No ETA, but I do intend to get all the ships of the Hachi-Hachi Fleet done soon.

Please give credit if you intend to use publicly. Otherwise, go have a blast. :)
