This system converts a 4bit input to 2 decimal 7-segment displays as follows:
4 bit input -> BCD converter -> BCD display decoder -> BCD Display

If your display is messes up, flick the 8 off and back on, I'll work on a fix when I have time.

Decoder is copied heavily based off of larslolxz and DiEvAl's decoder.
