Device is an array of Conditional Subtraction(CS) cells, which can be made with a full adder(ADD), a multiplexer(MUX), and the negation of the subtrahend.
Number of CS cells = (nbits)^2

If the quotient would be >4bits(>1111_b2; >F_b16; >15_b10) the divider will overflow. Overflow indicator light may blink during normal operation.
