Using the method from the UTD "Snap", 0-delay repeaters, this adder uses that and thus takes for any length about 3-4 ticks to compute its result. however, i advise to turn all signals off for about 2 ticks when putting in a new signal(not necessary, just makes it faster) as other wise when you, say, put 1111 and 0001 together it'll take 3 ticks, but if you take make it into 1111+0000 immediately it has to propagate the loss of Couts.
I truly believe this can only be made marginally faster (2 ticks or so), so this is actually the fastest adder around, and it's not really worth it to optimize the speed (however, the size may be optimized, as it is BIG.) It contains a couple weird wiring quirks which are there to prevent piston bugs. Enjoy.
