Very nice seed ( NPC Village By spawn and mob spawner's )

I was playing on single player and I came across a very good seed for minecraft. There is a NPC Village right next to were you spanw. When you spawn turn right and go up the small hill and there is the Village.

If you can't find it here's some more information. And heres the information about the mob spawner location.

Seed : 1747882942051816033

Spawn : X: -239, Y: 68, Z: 72

NPC Village : X: -309, Y: 68, Z: 103

Mob Spawner #1 : X: -292, Y: 17, Z: 100

Mob Spawner # 2 : X: -230, Y: 23,  Z: 54 ( There should be good treasures in the mob spawners room )

Additional Details

I would recommend not to hert the villager's because for me they made a iron golem and they are hard to kill.
