Around the city. It can only hold 3, and I have found 3 around the city, so they are not there. That's just what the owner of the city told me to do.

Glad to see Waterfront finally got one of these. Over a year ago, Nite and I were starting a dual police and fire station for Tec, but we eventually gave up due to time.
