From the MMORPG World of Warcraft, Stormwind City!

Having taken over 3 months of an average 4.5 hours a day, I can finally unveil this!
Nearly every aspect of the city from the game is presented as well as each district.
Every district is constructed, Trade, Dwarven, Old Town, Mage Quarter, Cathedral Square, and the Keep.
Note: I did not complete the Harbor at the moment, however I may update it later to include one.

Included in this is the MCschematic for the entire city as well as a small amount of additional land.

If anyone wishes to use this, they are free to. I only ask that you do not take credit for creating it.

If you have any suggestions or ideas for me, feel free to let me know.
Comments are more than welcome, as is criticism, but positive is preferred.

We need a few more staff and lots of members. It almost 100% resembles warcraft with some features we have and don't have.   The owner of the project  http://www.planetminecraft.com/project/world-of-warcraft-remake-need-professional-builders/  has stopped his work and everyone is helping this server! The owner of the texture pack  http://www.planetminecraft.com/texture_pack/world-of-warcraft-texture-pack-124125/  joined the server yesterday and has a link on his page to our servers page. So basically we are growing fast... but not everything is finished. We would like some more staff members. Please Join!

Meh.. aside from you are missing alot of the building structure in Stormwind, its not a bad start on it. But its still the worst Stormwind I have seen though. No offense.

Good job! I've been playing Alliance since I started WoW a few years back and always loved Stormwind. This looks a great deal like the Cataclysm version! Although, I will have to say a few area were a bit out of proportion.

You can't get much closer to a scale model with Minecraft, considering it's all just blocks and you can't get tiny blocks to get into detail.

Extract it using 7-zip, WinRar, or a similar program. Then, move the "Stormwind" folder into your "%APPDATA%/.minecraft/saves" folder.

Option 1: Change your server's save to this one.
  • Download the Stormwind save
  • Move the Stormwind folder into your Minecraft server's Folder
  • Change the level name to "Stormwind".
Option 2: Use MCEdit to put the schematic on your server's world save

place this in your schematics folder of your server
in minecraft type
//load (filename)
find a suitable place to put it
type
//paste
use worldguard and protect it!

Thanks for the comments and praise everyone. Though I haven't really bumped this project or anything, I'm workin' right now on removing the empty space between areas such as the walls, etc. No doubt there's been times where a spider or zombie sound might have been heard so I'm workin' to prevent that altogether.
