I AM SHUTTING THE SERVER DOWN EVERY NIGHT AT AROUND 1AM AND PUTTING IT BACK UP IN THE MORNING 9AM to 11AM. BTW I AM GOING ON VACATION FROM AUG 9 TO AUG 18 AND MIGHT NOT HAVE INTERNET SORRY :(

I figuered it out, there was a problem with the router, its all fixed now, and when i leave tonight the ip will change because ill connect to a different router, but it will remain the same forever.
