1. S.P.E.C.I.A.L RPG, custom coded RPG plugin which is fallout based!

2. A fallout wasteland, a custom fallout map! Made by use!

3. Stealth, avoid mobs by using custom mechanics.

4. Weight, items have weights now!

5. Radiation, the world is a radiated place be careful!

6. Base Building, a unique base building experience never seen before!

7. Loot, the map is filled with loot. You can find the best up north!

8. Custom guns, with sounds and high res textures!

9. Survival, leg breaking, bleeding and zombie infection!

10. Stamina, you can't sprint forever!

11. Hazmat suites required for radiated areas!

12. Perks, abilities like ledge grabbing, thick skin and etc!

13. Raiding, a unique raiding system that changes every week!

14. Mobs are stronger the further from spawn!

15. Mobs can break open doors and even spawn during the day!

16. Thirst, you need to drink to survive! Or eat some watery stuff!

17. A friend system! Play with friends! Survive and die with them!

18. PVP is encouraged and recommended!

19. Use the custom market to sell and buy items! Your charisma effects this!

20. Item's have a standard rarity, you can tell by their colors!

Major Patch,


Additions:

- Players can now become infected from eating rotten flesh. It's a 50 percent chance each time you eat it.

- New Players now reduce 2 points of damage or (1 heart) of damage from all sources. (During Easy Mode)

- Explosives! You can now find grenades, impact grenades and flash bombs in military spawns!

- The food market now has several new food items available!

- The east market now has most available blocks! For prices remember charisma lowers all prices!

- The north market now has most available devices! For prices remember charisma lowers all prices!

- You can now mine coal using the wood pickaxe! Coal is found at the coal mine, near jacinto.

- Coal respawns every 10 minutes.

- You can no longer lose thirst while in spawn.

- Players who have over ten luck have a chance to open the same chest twice. More luck, more chances!


Changes:

- Infection does the same damage as bleeding, however it also applies hunger.

- Solar panels require a light level from the sky rather then other blocks. Basically they need to be outside.

- Friends commands have now been moved to one centralized command area. /friend add X, /friend accept Y, /friend remove Z.

- Intelligence gives a bonus special points every 7 levels rather then every 5 levels.

- Intelligence bonus experience has been increased greatly.

- Players now keep left over experience when they level up instead of being reset to 0 experience.

- Combat Armor spawn rate increased.


Fixes:

- Infection now is now working properly. (Player's who became infected were immediately removed from being infected.)

- Super Mobs now have their HP capped when they are hit by projectiles, similar to hitting a mob with your hand. (You can see lots of hearts!)

- Event exception fix for regenerating broken blocks. (Reduces lag)

- Event exception fix for hydro generators.

- Food items can now be sold!

- Blood bag now gives the correct item when bought.

- Pump jacks no longer take height into consideration when searching for nearby oil fields. (If the earth probe sees it, so does the pump jack)


Known Caveats:

- Your first bonus chest for each login does not open properly. Fix will be included shortly.

Base Shields now protect from interacting inside the shield area. This means buttons, pressure plates, doors, and basically anything you can think of!

Been testing the base building and its going perfectly so far, batteries have a slight output bug where its not being displayed properly, besides that its working greatly!

I'm going to be really focusing on the new player experience and on rewarding returning players!


To start this off I have added in a new system to give all new players an edge over the harsh FALLZ world! New players get a one hour protection time from advanced features. These features include bleeding, infection, leg breaking and stamina as a whole. New players will receive message periodically and informing them of these features and how they will be disabled soon. New players may also be getting some more buffs like reduced zombie damage and increased exp gain for a short time.


Anyone can use /help easymode, to learn more info on the easy mode players! Players who feel they need more time in easy mode may ask xxxtrigger50xxx for more time. Later on mods will be able to issue more easy mode time!


Next up I plan on adding vote rewards! And a "play time" system to award players for playing! (Does not include AFK times!)


Of course lots of bugs have been fixed today! And there is still a lot to come!

Resource Pack changes!




- File size reduced from 26mb to 6mb.

- Removed extra textures

- Removed extra sounds




A light resource pack has been added, this is the default resource pack everyone will have. It is recommend to download our full pack of course!

The light pack is about 2 mb smaller. It makes download times very fast for joining the server. It has gun textures and sounds only. This pack could be used to overlay with any other resource pack as well! :)

Removed several debug messages from the server, also added in the ability to use the warps markets when your in range again. I also made it possible to tp to the advanced tutorial area which displays lots of information including base building and base power setups. This should be helpful for late game players.

Added in the first 3 Oil Locations, remember to use an earth probe to find them! You can find them north! They have a 500 block radius!
