- X-Ray is a _big_ problem on the server. I was pretty anal about where I built my bases, way out of range from spawn, and chests were even hidden behind bedrock even I could not visibly see. I relocated four different times, only to find a strait path to my base dug out. Complaints went stale, which brings me to my next point:
- No moderation, and admin(s?) are NEVER on. Users that frequent this server are also shallow, condescending, racist (which was reprimanded, but not banned for), and just people that seemed to not be able to handle anonimity.
- Grieving is of course allowed, but even the (brand new mind you) spawn area was busted up. Connect right NOW if you don't believe me, chances are, the damage will still be there a month later.
- Players are just downright nasty on this server. They will camp around spawn like cowards in the only areas available to escape from (yes, the new spawn area, which is still unfinished, is set way above ground and there is _ONE_ way out of it. Amazing.).
- DRAMA. Take a look at their subreddit. Enough said.
Let me just say I have no vendetta against this server, I play on tons of servers and really like the idea of a hardcore ban server...well, fun in theory, but without heavy moderation, it just falls flat on it's face. This was my observation from around 30-40 hours of gameplay there.

Secondly, I have a feeling you were playing during Eventide which indicates to me that you're slightly retarded because you thought spawn had been grieved by players. No apparently you ONLY saw the neutral spawn which depicted a ruined temple. By ruined, I mean it was RUINED. It was not unfinished and you're completely stupid. You completely missed the point of reputation and good/bad players spawning in cities. Huge, wide open cities of light and darkness. The neutral spawn is for noobs, and that is exactly what you seem to be. I find it hard to believe that you put in 30-40 hours of gameplay over a month and wasn't even able to change your spawn to one of either the good, nor the evil spawn. So yes you're a moron.
Drama is something that keeps the server interesting, I seriously doubt you've ever run a minecraft server or you'd know this.
So yeah, I'm seriously wondering if you're just an idiot or if you're seriously mentally challenged.

First, x-ray is a problem everywhere- I'm sorry, its a fact. With this in mind, I have only been x-rayed once after playing for nearly a year. Also, admin investigation was swift and thorough. The reason the above player was likely x-rayed so often was likely due to his base being placed too near spawn. Most x-rayers do not venture too far as there are newb bases close by. Furthermore, x-rayers are banned daily.
Second, the community on this server is awesome. I've played many servers, and Amishsmp by far has the best community. Of course there are douchebags, but they are everywhere. The majority of people are great!
Griefing is allowed. Its an anarchy based server. Everywhere INSIDE spawn is protected. To say it is busted up seems to be nothing but a flat out lie.
Spawn camping happens, but new players spawn with pvp noob protection. Furthermore, the spawn is a square with exit available around the perimeter.
Drama: Of course. That adds enjoyment to the server.
Of course we could use some more admins/ moderators, but the above review seems misguided, and a lot of it downright false. I suggest trying it out rather than going on the above person's word.
