I finally have a server running with the Arcadia /Farmers Market which you can join using the instructions in the link I will provide below. The link contains instructions, mods, and the texture pack to get everything working and looking right when you join the server. I will continue to add sections as I complete them to expand the area of the server. During that time the server may be temporarily down.
