Endermen can place portals and you can use the maps to get to them. books give you materials and xp. the monsters are always the winners but its always nice to be the last dwarf standing.

Extra comment: I have played it once and it was very fun. But that server is only on at 9:00 + which is a little too late to start an hour long game.

extra comment: i have played DvZ 5 times and am getting pretty good at it. i have only ever played with friends so it will be nice to play with others. It is my favourite minecraft game because my second is survival games but thats the same everytime this is different evry game.

The ones who died are given random mobs to choose from and their goal is to destroy the dwarves' temple or make the whole dwarf community monsters. The game ends with one of these conclusions.

Extra Comments: I've only played 1 round but sadly it was lagging so it didn't make it to the second night, therefore if I am whitelisted and nothing unexpected happens then I will have finally completed my goal of playing a full round of DvZ.

Extra Comments:Ive never actually played a game of DvZ,but Ive seen the popular LP-ers "PauseUnpause" and "Etho" play it,and it seems like an entertaining break from just caving!

Brief Explanation:
The point of the game is to build a base and survive before the monsters come. There are 4 classes Alchemist, Blacksmith, Builder, and Tailor which do specific things and have different ways of making things. While the builders make the fortress the Alchemist makes potions, the Tailor makes armor, and the Blacksmith makes swords. They share the items so they can survive for a while.
