We haven't updated at this time because we are waiting for ALL the plugins to update... It's not just a survival server.. we have a Survival, a Creative, and a PVP world all on one server.. so we have more plugins that we have to update.

Ban Appeal? 

I got banned a month or so ago for "griefing" a patch in my village because I just got mad that everyone was bashing me and no admins would answer me for hours about a grief I had encountered even though they had been on for hours. I did no damage whatsoever; I just removed a few dirt blocks while shadow replaced them immediately, and even though I don't exactly consider what I did griefing because I was in my own land at the time, and there was a sign in the village rules stating everything in my village belonged to me, I realize it was the wrong thing to do now, and would like to ask for a second chance back at Vaecon. I don't want my extremely successful village back or anything; I'd just like to be able to pop in to see my friend(s) every now and then, as I actually won't have that much time to play on Vaecon these days as I'm now staff on an extremely popular pvp server. So with this server's lack of a fair and judicial system of ban reports/appeals, I knew not what else to do but post this.

I bought SuperVIP today and when I die, I lose my stuff even though the buycraft page said that not losing stuff was included in the SuperVIP package. Why is that? I also never received my 64 exp but that might be because I died in lava a few minutes after receiving my SuperVIP and lost my stuff and exp.

Unfortunately during one of my charity streams over break our dedicated server was ddosed and took a big hit. Because of that attack our server was unavailable for two days. We are just fixing up a few things and the server will be back online.
