Ehm i guess i could say something too, it was a great server,
a real eyeopener for me. i discovered my limits and met a bunch of great people.
i seems decades ago mirage was still up and i still keep the ip in my server list.
ive had great moments with all of you and wish you the best of luck, in the meantime


around 70% of ex mirage players are currently on this server hosted by dkshadow so please stop by if you want some nostalgia.

No creative server or possibly any server could match Mirage. The server was well organized and friendly community. The admins, moderators and plot checkers etc. were awesome, (excluding Medieval Monkey ;). Jk :P) The server really improved my building skills, and I don't think I could build like I do now without it. I felt welcome on server and it was great fun. I'd like to thank Penguin for being a great server owner. :)

I thought I could've found a server that could compare to mirage creative. But nothing even comes close to it. I miss all the good times we all used to have together talking about random crap, building random crap (99% of the stuff was really epic though) and all the times I would ramble on how namor shouldn't have been an admin.

But even in the final week of the server being online. Nobody went on. But I did. I kept building. I kept the memories.

when I first joined the server I thought that I couldn't build. but I spent a week on my first plot, building a tower to height limit (Sensys thought it was a space ship -_-). After that I just kept building towers because I could build them like a baws. just like me and or_menaged building ultranite for 3 weeks and I would just be asking everyone to come and look at it. That one time I found a sign at the tree at spawn of sensys saying that penguin was gay (sensys you troll like a baws). These are the memories I love and I always will love and remember forever. or until I get the hardcore dementia and forget what I ate for breakfast.

I'm going to miss you guys. but know im never going to forget you.

Losing this server was like losing a good family :(

It was this server that made me feel that i was a good building!


I remeber that people got pissed on eachother, people was nice and even someone found the love there! 


This server was something more that just a building server! It cant even be described as only a building server!


I will give a shoutout to some of the people that made me feel Extra welcome to the server:

Decided I would finally come and offer my condolences to the server.


This server got me into building - I dont know why I joined it I never even had touched creative mode for building before hand.  But I saw it on the PMC popular reel and I thought I would drop in and take a look.


I was welcomed by a great staff and some really nice players like medievalmonkey (thats a joke. the medievalmonkey part that is.) After a 4 (maybe 3) builds and a few months of playing I decided I would step up and help run the server and I became a plot-checker - sadly I think I may have caused the overal downfall for the server. after me everyone started becoming admins and the server fell into chaos - and then it got a white list to help prevent the chaos - but without 30+ terrible builders on to judge the server became borring and people stopped playing.


Mirage was perfect and I still havent quite found a server like it (im currently playing on one - but it has some flaws that could ruin it for me.) If I ever get the financial ability to run a server It will be modled after mirage.

I honestly would yell at you for that joke.. but its true. That server was great, like he said. Most of us never built anything in creative before and were helped by people that did or by people that you helped penguin (Cough.. me). It really was the greatest server that most people have ever logged onto. Its terrible to think that all the people in that server that liked talking and joking with their new friends hardly ever talk anymore. But it honestly was the highlight of my Minecraft experience. -medievalmonkey

Every Day I keep The ip on my server list. Hoping that one day it will come back up. Even though the server might me closed we can never forget the funny moments, The new friends, The team builds, the amazing moments that we had. We can never forget them. Thank you Penguin.

Since this server went down minecraft went so boring. I mean, this server was amazing, there was always something to do. And about the shutting down, if it was about money, why did you not just advertise the server? How many times did you advertise? Look how many people loved the server? Mirage was the perfect creative server. If this ever went back up, maybe I would go on minecraft more usually. I miss this server, and so do many other people. Although, one thing, when the server got whitelisted, it became more boring. Anyway, there's my comment anyway

I agree with you Ben, I would love to get it back up. But since I'm in high school and I must study, I got no time. I will maybe reopen it when I'm not so busy and I'm gonna get money. Going to render pictures for Notux and then others' want my renders too, for a price, etc :)
