Who Are We?
We started of as just a small server, then we got a few donators and decided to try and get well known, we're hoping to get a lot more players to come on and have fun!

Wow... are you guys super strict on rules? Because I was about to play, until I saw these comments. If I'm going to play on a server, and then be banned for "hacking" (No, I don't even have mods), its going to be a waste of my playing time, and my time that I will spend for appeal. So please answer that question:

Well i got banned for advertising when i said my friend my skype name: osku-guy.
Sooo.. I quess it was just a miss understanding and i was speaking finland in the chat so chat mod longbus17 didnt maybe know i was talking about skype and thought that osku-guy was another server.

I was playing earlier and randomly i get disconnected from the server and it says "Banned". I really don't understand why i was banned. If there was a reason for me being banned, please tell me, but otherwise i am confused.

Why would I be unbanned?:
The whole mistake started with me and Danne43 would pvp!
We saw Lastbanan and Sky_Master_00 pvp against each other.
When we had the chance to go out in pvp so we attacked Lastbanan and Sky_Master_00.
We fought about for a few minutes until we saw EatSleepPvP and his buddies come!
Me and Danne43 attacked them too. I attacked Lastbanan and Danne43 attacked Sky_Master_00 but in some strange way, it became Danne43 banned!?
I felt scared because I knew there was very good pvpers outside spawn!
I saw EatSleepPvP and his friends come to me and I prepare myself for an epic battle!
It went quite for a few minutes!
But .... The impossible happened ... I got banned for hacks!
I did not understand! Why was I banned?!
I was angry and pissed that I got banned for no reason!
I am a lawful guy who follow the rules and want to play with their friends for fun sake!

I started Minecraft when it was still in Alpha (1.2.6). The first servers I joined were build and vanilla servers. As time passed by and more plugins were newly created, I was first introduced to factions by an old friend of mine. We fought, raided, killed and conquered (also faced many losses). My specialties in Minecraft are mainly PvP and trap building. I also hosted a server before. This was when I learnt about all the op commands and plugin editing. Before I start writing a 500 page book, I found myself new to this server but I have rich Factions experience. I will not need any further assistance in Minecraft gameplay nor experience.
Why: The first second I joined, I saw a player ask "How to apply for staff?". He/she has clearly overlooked the rules and signs at spawn. That alone indicates how needy this server is for another member of staff. Just an extra hand when the owner is not on. Also, this server are one of the first ones I joined this year so far. In addition, I will dedicate my time and gaming on this server by trying my best in logging on at least once every day. I am looking forward for a nice stay here in the future and hopefully watch my newly created faction blossom in awe xD. Thanks for your time ~ 14yumj1

G'day mate! I love this server. Me and my friend and his brother play on it and we love it. i just went on and in about five minutes after i just joined i donated. Cause its a super cool server! I would really like to pay my debts to this passion pvp. i have always enjoyed raiding/pvp and this is the ultimate server to do it on. I have had a lot of experience in minecraft (staff) i have been a major part in project were we created a beta style server and we had a plugin were there was no hunger! how awesome is that. Anyway i have been Moderator about 7 times. Administrator 4 times. Head admin 2 times. Co owner 3 times. and owner 2 times. (my own server lol).I am willing to play everyday for as long as you need me on. I have just started high school so some of my time could be restricted, but apart from that ill be on in my free time. Christmas summer holidays have just started down in Australia so i have about 1 month free time on my hands. I can donate as much as 10 dollars most months. Im not a builder type person so i have a reputation for Moderation. I will try my absalute best to answer as much questions as i can and also help players out. When someone breaks the rules i will either:
Tell them to stop, if they keep doing it i will kick them, if it reocurs i will ban/ipban/temp ban them depending on what level of rule breaking they did. A bit about my self. i am an easy going person who loves sport and likes to be friendly to others. i like dubstep (skrillex,deadmau5,knifeparty). so ill end this off with one thought.
Who would you recruit for staff, someone with experience such as myself. or someone with hardly any and no reputation?

I want to become a moderator cause im willin to do as much as i can to help the server,I live been on this server only 3 hours and just loved it, I wouldnt go on it if permant server closed to be honest,But now when i think about it, This server is really good.Im thinking to be a mod cause i would like to help and invite more people to it, to make it funnier and more likeable, With great owners staff and admins. Since this server also needs money, christmas has came and money is ringing all over me,I will ask my parents if im allowed to open paypal account and charge it with my money,(Usually i charge it with 50 or 40$) And donate for the server 10$ just to make the server keep on running.
And if i become a moderator i will help people, make sure people will obey the rules and ban those who try to act special by hacking using diffrent kinds of clients( xray, killaura...) And play with all and make sure that everything is under control. As well i will try to play as much as i can, but i also have life out side minecraft(School, Soccer ball,lots more...)But if i could log in, i will!.

Why i want to become a mod or admin: In many servers i am a mod or an admin because i have alot of experience in minecraft. I have alot of friends who love pvp servers like this i could bring them into this server and make it alot more popular. I'm applying for staff because I don't ever see any staff online except for Lewis at some times, and I think there should be a lot more moderation on the server, for the greater good for the server. I have been Staff on numerous servers and have really had fun, I know how to bring fun to the server and I always help whenever needed, and I always try and enforce the rules whenever broke. I'm not on all the time because I have a family and friends that I hang out with and stuff, but on my free time, I play PassionPvP.

This server is 1 of the best server i have played, it has cool spawn, nice Mod/Staff and Owner, ill try to always vote everyday, invite many peoples to this server.. I can even post it on FB and share on other online web. I can ban every players who brake the rules, badmouthed to any other staff.

Details: I have been playing this server for quite a while now and I thought I could help out with enforcing rules and ending arguments, I am quite prone to correcting people and bringing up rules a bit more than I should, but, I am sure I can resist these temptations for this server! I always try my best to speak in proper grammar and am generally quite polite. I'm unfortunately not so good at building and couldn't really help out with anything in that group of things :(. I'm only 13 so I won't be on all the time, but I can assure you, I will try my very best to help out and be on as much as I can.
